Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who plan to undergo cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass; 2) Age >=18 years old; 3) Subjects voluntarily sign informed consent for this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Emergency surgery; 2) Prior open-heart surgery; 3) Preoperative diagnosis of pulmonary infection; 4) Mechanical ventilation within 2 months before surgery; 5) Acute heart failure within 2 months before surgery; 6) Heart transplantation and pulmonary thrombointimectomy were proposed; 7) Aortic arch and other cryogenic circulatory stop operations were proposed; 8) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade IV to V; 9) Have participated in other similar trials within three months.
