18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed with lung cancer through pathological examination, and the pathological or clinical stage was II-IV; Expected survival period >= 6 months; 2. Caregivers are relatives of the patient, including spouses, children, or other relatives, who live with the patient during the care period; 3.Undertaking the main care work during the patient's hospitalization, follow-up visits, and home stay, with a daily care time of>=4 hours, and lasting for more than 3 months ; 4. Caregivers aged 18-75 years old; 5. Caregivers have normal behavior and clear language expression ability, able to understand and complete assessments; 6. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of mental illness or cognitive communication disorders; 2. Accompanied by serious physical illnesses (such as severe infections, severe liver, liver, and kidney dysfunction); 3. Caregivers who receive caregiving compensation.
