Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.BMI>=30kg/m^2; 2.General anesthesia, and operation time is expected to be more than 2 hours; 3.Age >=18 years; 4.ASA I-III; 5.Be clear about the research content before operation, participate voluntarily, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Morbid obesity (defined as BMI > 40kg/m^2); 2.Use of sleep AIDS, opioid analgesics, and psychotropic drugs within 1 month prior to the study; 3.Allergic to benzodiazepines and propofol; 4.Combined with myasthenia gravis; 5.Preoperative diagnosis of mental and psychological disorders; 6.Preoperative diagnosis of mental and psychological disorders;
