Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old, gender not restricted; 2.Patients diagnosed with sepsis according to Sepsis-3 criteria; 3.Informed consent obtained and signed by the patient; 4.Complete abdominal CT prior to or within 48h of hospitalization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a hospitalization time of <24h or repeated admissions; 2.Those who have no self-control and are uncooperative with treatment; 3.Excessive abdominal organ removal or injury; 4.Pregnant or breastfeeding patients; 5.History of liposuction surgery; 6.Age<18 years old.
