Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 10-18; 2.Confirmed diagnosis of AIS with a right thoracic and left lumbar S-shaped curve; thoracic Cobb angle between 20°- 50°; 3.Risser sign < 5; 4.Good compliance in patient and parent; 5.No scoliosis treatment before; 6.right-handed; 7.Shoulder: normal assessment of joint mobility in all directions, numerical pain scale score 0; 8.BMI<= 25 kg/m²; 9.Agree and sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of spinal tumours, spinal tuberculosis and other spine-related diseases or spinal surgery; 2.Presence of other serious diseases; 3.Other conditions that, in the opinion of the investigator, make participation in the trial unsuitable;
