40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with primary Parkinson’s disease and classified as Hoehn-Yahr stages 1-4; (2) Aged between 40 and 80 years; (3) Understand all elements of the informed consent form and voluntarily sign it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis is unclear or suspected to be Parkinsonism (such as vascular, drug-induced, toxin-induced, or post-infectious Parkinsonism), multiple system atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy, etc.; (2) History of uncontrolled epilepsy, central nervous system diseases, psychiatric disorders, or malignant tumors; (3) Severe cognitive impairment or visual/auditory impairments that prevent communication and cooperation during examinations; (4) Use of beta-blockers; (5) Use of antipsychotic medications.
