Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal blood routine and heart, liver, and kidney function; Education level of primary school or above, good understanding, able to cooperate and successfully complete research; Obtain informed consent from patients for this study. Case group: Preliminary screening by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and meeting the diagnostic criteria for chronic sleep disorders in International Sleep Disorders (ICSD-3). Control group: Healthy individuals undergoing physical examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No history of brain organic disease, schizophrenia, substance dependence and addiction, mood disorder, coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, liver disease, metabolic disease, obesity, etc.; Individuals who have used psychiatric drugs, antibiotics, intestinal antispasmodics, and other drugs that affect gut microbiota within the past three months; pregnant and lactating women; special diet.
