Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who have received maintenance hemodialysis relying on arteriovenous fistula (AVF) for more than 3 months and are expected to have a survival period of over 3 months. (2) With arteriovenous fistula stenosis greater than 50%, no history of balloon angioplasty, pump-controlled blood flow velocity greater than 180 ml/min, and having type 1, 2, or 4 stenosis. (3) Patients aged between 20 and 75 years old. (4) Having normal communication and reading abilities. (5) Patients without mental disorders or aphasia and being able to communicate normally with researchers. (6) Patients and their family members understand the content of this study, sign the informed consent form, and voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Arteriovenous fistula stenosis greater than 85% and/or with a history of balloon angioplasty, and pump-controlled blood flow velocity less than 180 ml/min. (2) Type 3 central venous stenosis. (3) Those with severe cognitive impairment or language impairment who are unable to communicate normally. (4) Complicated by other severe organic diseases. (5) Patients with mental disorders and relatively severe conditions. (6) Other factors that may affect the results of this study.
