Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Subjects voluntarily enrolled in the study and signed an informed consent form. (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the Chinese Guidelines for the Clinical Management of Cerebrovascular Disease (Chapter 4: Recommendations for the Clinical Management of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease and Chapter 5: Clinical Management of Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients, Second Edition), and the diagnosis is confirmed by cranial CT or MRI examination; (3) A score of >27 on the Brief Mental State Examination Scale (MMSE), normal cognitive function, and the ability to fully understand the meaning and movements of the breathing exercise and to follow the video exercises; (4) First time onset of illness, duration of illness more than six months; (5) Discharged from the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Shenzhen Second People's Hospital and transferred to Nan'ao Hospital of Shenzhen Second People's Hospital for hospitalization; (6) The patient or the accompanying nurse can skillfully use the smart phone; (7) 40 years old <= age <= 70 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Bedridden individuals with a Long's Scale score of 7 or less, as well as social individuals; (2) Presence of severe cardiorespiratory dysfunction (e.g., heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary fibrosis, acute respiratory distress syndrome, etc.); (3) Demonstrate overexertion after 30 minutes of training following the video; (4) Chest deformity or history of chest trauma; (5) Vital signs are unstable.
