Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Eligible hospitalizations include all hospitalizations of adult patients during the main study period from December 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025. One of the following: (1) Scr elevation of more than 26.5 µmol/L (0.3 mg/dl) within 48 hours; (2) SCR elevation greater than 1.5 times baseline - confirmed or presumed to occur within 7 days; (3) Urine output =) 65 years old, creatinine value was measured at least > 3 times during the follow-up period (at the time of admission, 48 hours, 7 days); 3. Those with good compliance; Those who signed the informed consent form; 4. Have creatinine value at least once 365 days before hospitalization; 5. Comorbid patients with at least > = 2 common chronic diseases at the same time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Death within 48 hours of admission; 2. History of kidney transplantation or ESRD at the time of admission or within the previous 12 months; 3. Receiving dialysis treatment; 4. Poor compliance or mental illness; 5. Some characteristic groups of people who are included in the study do not conform to the basic ethics of medicine.
