Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age =60 years old; 2.His cognitive function was normal and he could cooperate with the relevant examinations; 3.Complete clinical data; 4.Those who did not participate in other clinical trials within 3 months; 5.Informed consent was obtained from patients and those who voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who did not meet the above inclusion criteria; 2.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3.Patients with cerebral hemorrhage, stroke or malignant tumor.
