Conditions

Sarcopenia refers to the age-related decline in skeletal muscle mass and muscle strength or physical function, which is more common in the elderly, also known as sarcopenia, sarcopenia, and sarcopenia.

Interventions

Gold Standard:(1) Case finding: SARC-F total score =2
(2) muscle strength test
The chair-standing test time was > 15 s. (3) Muscle mass test: appendicular skeletal muscle mass (ASM) was assessed by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry, ASM/ height2 < 7.0 kg /m2 (male) / < 6.0 kg /m2
Index test:(1) Two-dimensional ultrasound: muscle thickness, pinnate Angle, muscle bundle length, and average Young's modulus (2) Serological indicators: routine blood test, blood biochemistry, electr
