Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Initially treated patients with cervical cancer stage IA2-IB1 according to the 2018 FIGO stage criteria; 2. Patients with squamous cell cervical cancer or ordinary cervical adenocarcinoma or adeno-squamous cell cervical carcinoma; 3. Preoperative imaging showed no lymph node metastasis; 4. Volunteer to participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent; 5. No reproductive need;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe disease of other organs or other malignancies; 2. Absolute contraindications of pregnancy and surgery; 3. Severe mental illness; 4. Poor compliance;
