Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Adults aged 18 years or older. (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for sepsis or septic shock according to the latest international sepsis guidelines. (3) Able to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or breastfeeding women. (2) Participated in other clinical trials in the past three months. (3) Suffering from terminal diseases with an expected survival time of less than 1 month. (4) Patients who cannot comply with the study procedures or cannot be effectively followed up due to communication barriers.
