Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Healthy adults aged 18-27 years; (2)Individuals who are proficient in performing the Abdominal Drawing-In Maneuver (ADIM) ; (3)Individuals without any lumbar discomfort in the past 12 weeks; (4)Individuals who have not received any other medication or rehabilitation treatment, except for the intervention in this study; (5)Participants who are informed about the study and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Participants with a history of pelvic/abdominal surgery ; (2) Participants with neurological or musculoskeletal diseases ; (3) Participants with poor compliance who are unable to cooperate with the tests; (4) Participants who experience adverse reactions during the intervention; (5) Participants with incomplete data, making it impossible to assess the intervention's effects.
