Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients aged 18 to 65 years. 2. Patients with symptoms related to urinary tract infection (such as frequent urination, urgency to urinate, pain in urine, etc.) or clinically suspected contamination of urine samples with vaginal secretions. 3. Provide mid-morning urine samples, and the quality of the samples meets the testing standards. 4. Urine analysis shows abnormalities (such as leukocytosis, positive bacteria, etc.) and is confirmed by a professional clinician or laboratory technicians through a microscope to determine contamination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Special physiological state: women during pregnancy, lactation or menstruation. 2. Severe comorbiditions: Patients with severe chronic diseases (such as renal failure, diabetic ketoacidosis, etc.) that may affect urine analysis results. 3. Drug effects: Patients who are taking antibiotics or other drugs (such as chemotherapy drugs) that may interfere with urine analysis results. 4. Irregular sampling: Urine collection does not meet the norms (such as non-morning urine or non-midstream urine) samples. 5. Past medical history: Patients with a history of complicated urinary tract infection or urinary system surgery within the past 3 months.
