Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Emergency department patients >= 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has or had eye diseases such as optic nerve tumor, eye trauma, glaucoma, etc.; 2. Difficult to cooperate with ocular B-ultrasound; 3. Patients with cervical spine injury or any reason that is difficult to tolerate or not suitable for raising the head of the bed by 30°; 4. Incomplete clinical data. 5. Mental illness or history of mental illness
