Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age and gender are not restricted. 2. Patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI. 3. Complete medical records.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contact with contrast agents and/or medications that affect renal function within the past week. 2. Severe heart failure or cardiogenic shock. 3. Presence of immune system disorders, severe infections, malignant tumors, hematological diseases, or severe liver dysfunction. 4. Chronic kidney disease stages 4-5.
