Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 150 patients aged 0-17 years old, admitted to the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) for bedside echocardiography;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases evaluated by the study physician which would result in unnecessary harm by continuing the research.
