Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Autopsy inclusion criteria (1) The body should be properly preserved (e.g., formalin fixed or frozen); (2) The anatomical structure of the neck (including nerves, blood vessels and muscles) has not been damaged or has obvious lesions; (3) The corpse was an adult specimen, male or female, and the recorded age was 18 years and above; (4) No record of serious lesions or injuries of the nervous system, such as peripheral neuropathy, spinal cord injury, etc.; (5) The information of the corpse is registered and recorded. Patient Inclusion Criteria (1) No respiratory diseases, and no history of surgery for nerves, muscles or blood vessels related to the neck and chest. (2) Spastic hemiplegia of one upper limb caused by stroke, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy or encephalitis; (3) Due to hemiplegia, he planned to undergo left and right neck seven cross displacement surgery to improve the hemiplegic function of his upper limbs; (4) Over 18 years old, gender is not limited; (5) Good mental condition, able to cooperate with the completion of preoperative pulmonary function test and chest X-ray shooting; (6) The subjects themselves or their immediate family members signed the informed consent form and voluntarily participated.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Criteria for the exclusion of cadavers (1) The state of preservation of the corpse is poor, such as tissue decay and insufficient fixation; (2) The corpse has undergone surgical intervention involving the nerves or related structures in the neck before death, and the integrity of the anatomical structure has been destroyed. Patient Exclusion Criteria (1) Not meeting the indications for neck surgery (including recurrent acute hemorrhage or infarction, serious systemic diseases, pulmonary embolus or acute cerebrovascular accident, cancer, severe, untreated neuropsychiatric disorders, etc.); (2) There are metal implants (such as pacemakers, etc.) in the body that affect the intraoperative electrophysiological records, or the electrophysiological records are incomplete; (3) The anatomical structure of the neck (including nerves, blood vessels and muscles) is damaged or has obvious lesions; (4) The patient or his/her family members request to stop the operation or treatment due to personal reasons.
