18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Retrospective study: a) Age range: 18 to 85 years old; b) Patients who have undergone upper gastrointestinal endoscopic screening in the Department of Gastroenterology at Peking Union Medical College Hospital since 2022 and have used new imaging technologies; c) Complete clinical, endoscopic, and pathological information is available. Prospective study: Patients will be included in the study using a continuous enrollment method according to the following criteria. When patients meet all of the following conditions, they can be selected to enter the study a) Age range: 18 to 85 years old; b) Routine endoscopic screening reveals mucosal lesions; c) Sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Retrospective study: a) Poor quality of endoscopic images; b) History of upper/lower gastrointestinal surgery; c) The patient has not completed all procedures. Prospective study: Patients cannot be selected for the study when they have any of the following conditions a) Unable to cooperate with endoscopic examination; b) History of upper/lower gastrointestinal surgery; c) Poor quality of endoscopic images.
