Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: > = 18 years; Spontaneous, non-traumatic supratentorial intracerebral hemorrhage of 30 mL or more due to cerebral small vessel disease; Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score =8; National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score >=6; An mRS score of 0 or 1 prior to hemorrhage and intracerebral hemorrhage remains the same size for at least 6 hours after diagnostic CT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score <=8; Brain herniation traumatic supratentorial intracerebral hemorrhage
