18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18-85 years were included; 2.LBBB, QRS duration >=130 ms, LVEF<=40% of patients with symptomatic heart failure despite receiving optimized drug therapy recommended by guidelines; 3.Patients were able to understand the study protocol, sign informed consent, and comply with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe systemic comorbidities or psychiatric disorders; 2.Unstable angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery bypass or PCI within 3 months; 3.Patient with mechanical tricuspid valve replacement; 4.Life expectancy < 1 year; 5.Participating in another clinical trial within the past 3 months; 6.Pregnancy or intended pregnancy within 1 year.
