Intervention group:During the first 48 to 72 hours, the treatment group used two sterile 1ml syringes to extract 0.1ml of colostrum and let it rest at room temperature for 5 minutes to restore the app
Control group:For the control group, normal saline was used instead of colostrum, and the procedure was the same as that of the treatment group.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Gestational age less than 34 weeks; They were admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit within 24 hours of birth; Able to start the protocol within 72 hours of birth and can continue to provide sufficient colostrum until the end of the protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Death within 48 hours; Severe birth asphyxia (defined as umbilical artery/first hour arterial blood gas pH<7.0); Born with severe gastrointestinal malformations (such as intestinal atresia, esophagotracheal fistula, intestinal rotation abnormalities, and Hirschsprung's disease); Prenatal diagnosis of congenital chromosomal abnormality or suspected congenital genetic metabolic disease; The mother abused drugs or had contraindications to breastfeeding (HIV, etc.).
