Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Control group: From July 2021 to August 2024, the ward environment of Beijing Children's Hospital including 4 Grade 100 transplant rooms, 2 Grade 1000 transplant rooms, 2 naturally ventilated general wards, and 1 ventilated public bathroom; the ward environment of Baoding Hospital, including 16 Grade 100 transplant rooms with independent bathrooms, 4 Grade 000 transplant rooms with independent bathrooms, 1 naturally ventilated general ward, and 1 naturally ventilated public bathroom. 2.Intervention group: From September 2024 to December 2026 (From September 2024 to December 2024 as the pre-experimental phase), the ward environment of Beijing Children's Hospital, 4 Grade 100-1000 rooms, 1 Grade 100-10,000 room, 2 10,000 pre-transplant conditioning laminar flow wards, 2 Grade 10,000 general wards, 2 Grade 0,000 isolation wards, 1 Grade 10,000 patient public bathroom, and 1 naturally ventilated public bathroom; the environment of Baoding Hospital, including 16 Grade 100 transplant wards with independent bathrooms, 4 Grade 1000 transplant wards with bathrooms, 1 naturally ventilated general ward, and 1 naturally ventilated public bathroom.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: During the interventional observation period, cases where management strategies must be changed due to public health events or in compliance with requirements from higher authorities are excluded; newly constructed hematopoietic stem cell transplantation wards are excluded; and environments in existing wards undergoing renovation and transformation that are unrelated to environmental management are excluded.
