Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: All patients who had elective laparoscopic surgery, Trendelenburg position, age >18 years old, gender not limited, ASA grade I to III, BMI 18 to 28 kg/m2, normal mental state, were successfully removed after the operation, and the Pneumoperitoneum time was >=1.5 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of lung surgery, pneumothorax, thoracic malformation, pulmonary bullae, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pulmonary infection or pleural effusion, and history of mechanical ventilation (including continuous mechanical ventilation) in the past 2 weeks; 2. Chronic myocardial ischemia or severe cardiovascular disease; 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (liver dysfunction, Child Pugh C or D grade, Creatinine>200 µ mol/L); 4. Change to open surgery during the operation, and enter the ICU after the operation; 5. The duration of pneumoperitoneum is less than 1.5 hours;
