Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with histopathological diagnosis of head and neck malignant tumor and need to be repaired by free skin flap; clear consciousness and can cooperate with the completion of the investigation; patients signed informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: There were serious postoperative complications, previous cognitive impairment and previous history of external injuries of previous trauma to the shoulder and neck that cannot be massaged; Those who are allergic to intelligent multi-functional Chinese medicine pillows.
