Experimental group (Group D):Additional clinical intervention for the experimental group due to participation in the study: nasal spray with a dedicated dexmedetomidine nasal spray device prior to 2%
Control group (Group N):The experimental group received additional clinical intervention as a result of participation in the study: nasal spray with a dedicated nasal spray device prior to 2% lidocain
