Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1). Patients aged 18 years and above.; (2). Patients diagnosed with sialorrhea; (3). Patients with no pulmonary infection in the past 2 weeks; (4). Patients voluntarily participate in the study and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1). History of parotid gland disease (e.g., mumps); (2). History of neuromuscular disease (e.g., myasthenia gravis, Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome); (3). Patients currently taking anticholinergic drugs; (4). Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals known to be allergic to BoNT-A; (5). Patients currently participating in other clinical trials.
