Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 years or older; Patients with thoracic malignant tumors confirmed by cytological or histological examination; Clinical data were comprehensive and there were no contraindications to radiotherapy. For patients with cardiovascular-related comorbidities, prior treatments must be clearly documented. If the patient had previously undergone chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy, the specific drug regimens and dosages must be clearly specified.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: It was evident that the patients exhibited contraindications to radiotherapy. The clinical diagnosis included thoracic malignant tumors, as well as malignant tumors at other locations. Additionally, patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, who lacked regular follow-up examinations and clear diagnostic and treatment records, were also identified. Furthermore, the prior use of chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy, including specific regimens and dosages, remained unknown.
