18 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women who choose to give birth in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2024 meet the following conditions: 1. Singleton pregnancy; 2. Conform to the diagnosis of cervical insufficiency (modified by 2014 ACOG definition); 3. Prenatal check-up and delivery in our hospital; 4. Fetal survival in utero.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. 2 or more multiple pregnancies; 2. Fetal malformations; 3. Uterine malformations; 4. Patient refuses follow-up tocolytic treatment; 5. Lost to follow-up cases such as not giving birth in this hospital, incomplete clinical data or missing pregnancy outcomes; 6. Age< 18 years; 7. Therapeutic preterm birth.
