18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-55 years old, 11-14 weeks of pregnancy, at least one risk factor for GDM, signed a written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre-pregnancy presence of diabetes mellitus or glucose metabolism or insulin resistance; Thyroid dysfunction (including those taking medications); Hypertensive disorders that are difficult to control; Malignancy; metabolic syndrome; Presence of upper respiratory tract or oral problems that precludes with expiratory collection; Pulmonary diseases (hypertrophy, asthma of any type, acute and chronic lung inflammation, tuberculosis, COPD, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, etc.); hyperemesis gravidarum (positive urine ketone); Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; severe electrolyte imbalances; acute inflammation; gastritis, duodenum and other digestive system diseases; Smoking (including previous smoking history)
