Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Age range: 18-85 years old b) Accept thoracoscopic lung segment/lobectomy surgery c) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades 1-3 d) Patients who accept elevation of tilt angle
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Patients with mental or cognitive impairments who are unable to communicate normally b) Retain tracheal tube and transfer to ICU c) Patients with cervical spondylosis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other conditions where the upper body cannot be elevated d) Has participated in other clinical trials e) Refusal to sign informed consent form f) Previous chest surgery patients
