Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 18 years old; (2) Malignant tumors that meet the relevant diagnostic criteria for malignant tumors and have been diagnosed through imaging, pathology, or cytological examination; (3) Karnofsky (Karnofsky, KPS, percentage method) score >= 60 points; (4) No cognitive impairment, clear consciousness, able to communicate normally; (5) The patient is willing and able to complete the relevant questions in the survey questionnaire and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with contraindications to exercise, such as severe skeletal muscle disorders and serious diseases such as heart, lung, liver, and kidney; Have a history of spinal nerve injury or injury; Severe asthma, severe osteoporosis, etc; (2) Tumor related symptoms are obvious and potentially threatening survivors; (3) Malignant tumors with brain or bone metastasis, thrombocytopenia (<50 × 10^9), myocardial infarction or uncontrolled hypertension within the past three months; (4) Ultrasound shows deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs, bone and joint surgery within 6 months, and vascular or skin transplantation in the lower limbs for 6 months; (5) Use of anticoagulants, systemic open soft tissue injury, and systemic lymphedema; (6) Individuals with perceptual impairments.
