Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Undergo an elective gastroscopy; 2) Aged between 18 and 59; 3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Level I or II; 4) Body mass index (BMI) is 17.5-29 kg/m^2; 5) Able to understand the procedures and methods of this study, willing to sign informed consent and strictly follow the clinical study protocol to complete this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Acute respiratory infection in the last week; 2) Cardiovascular disease with chest tightness, chest pain, breathing difficulties and other symptoms; 3) Mental illness, such as schizophrenia, depression, etc; 4) Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 5) History of alcohol abuse or psychotropic drugs in the two years prior to the test; 6) Take analgesics within 24 hours before the exam; 7) Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome; 8) Allergic to drugs such as propofol and remazolam; 9) Difficult airway, such as cervical spine fixation, restricted mouth opening, etc.
