Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are not suitable for inpatient treatment in our hospital because the precordial area is complete and the relevant examinations are completed and cardiac color ultrasound is performed; 2. Age>=55 years; 3. Complete medical records. Mitral valve calcification is defined as an irregular, rough-looking echogenic dense structure located at the junction of the atrioventricular sulcus and posterior leaflets of the mitral valve in a horizontal parasternal short-axis view of the mitral annulus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with serious underlying diseases, such as cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, liver, kidney and hematological diseases; 2) Combined with systemic acute and chronic inflammatory reactions, hypercalcemia, and hyperphosphatemia; 3) Patients with severe mitral or aortic stenosis or insufficiency, congenital mitral valve disease, prosthetic valves; 4) Patients with rheumatic heart disease and cardiomyopathy; 5) Incomplete clinical data.
