Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for CSVD in the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Small Vessel Disease 2021; 2. Has normal baseline cognition (normal MOCA, MMSE); 3. Voluntary participation in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The presence of a clear previous history of other cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury, or CO poisoning; 2. Presence of other disorders affecting cognitive function (Parkinson's disease, dementia, epilepsy, encephalitis, brain tumors, etc.); 3. Severe mental illnesses (schizophrenia, bi-directional affective disorder, severe depression, severe anxiety, etc.); 4. Severe metabolic diseases, severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases; 5. Those who are unable to participate in the assessment due to severe visual, hearing or motor impairments. 6. Incomplete clinical information or inability to perform MRI;
