Interventions

Experimental group:Immediately after PCI, a single intravenous injection containing 3% sodium chloride solution 100~150ml was received
Control group:Immediately after PCI, a single intravenous injection containing 0.9% sodium chloride solution 100~150ml was received

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men or women between the ages of 18 and 85; Patients diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction had no history of diabetes, blood glucose at admission was >7mmol/L, and no hypoglycemic drugs were used before the study. Ability to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of diabetes and severe renal insufficiency
