Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children suspected of urinary tract infection and undergoing urine culture; 2.(2) Obtain informed consent from nursing staff and family members of the affected child; 3.(3) Comply with relevant standards of medical ethics.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Family members of children who do not actively cooperate with this study: (2) Children with a history of chronic illness; 2.(3) Accompanying family members who are medical staff for sick children.
