60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-cardiac surgery patients undergoing general anesthesia for endotracheal intubation; 2. Anesthesia time>= 2 hours; 3. The patient's age >= 60 years old; 4. American College of Physicians ASA classification<= grade III; 5. All subjects and their families are willing to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient and his/her family refuse to sign the consent form; 2.Have neurological or psychiatric diseases or have a history of neurological or psychiatric diseases in the past; 3.Long-term use of sedatives, psychotropic drugs, opioids, history of drug dependence, and history of alcoholism; 4.History of craniocerebral or scalp injury, or other craniocerebral diseases or surgeries; 5.Suffering from severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction or other major systemic diseases; 6. Metal implants in vivo (such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, steel nails, steel plates, etc.); 7.Neurosurgery; 8.Patients with cognitive dysfunction indicated by the Mini-Mental State Assessment (illiterate<=17, primary <= 20, middle school <=22, university <=23); 9.Those who are allergic to anesthetic drugs or other drugs used in this experiment.
