Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients voluntarily participate in and cooperate with the study, and personally sign a written informed consent form; 2.According to the 8th edition of the National Textbook of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for Colleges and Universities published by the People's Medical Publishing House, according to the Pell and Gregory classification methods, the diagnosis was a low impacted mandibular third molar, which was completely embedded in the bone; 3.Age between 18-35 years old; 4.Male or female, not pregnant or lactating women; 5.Willing to extract the mandibular impacted third molars due to treatment or prevention factors; 6.No cysts or tumors in the molar area; 7.The occlusal relationship and mouth opening are normal before the operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from systemic diseases that are not suitable for tooth extraction; 2.Suffering from the acute inflammation around the crown in 15 days before the operation; 3.The patients allergic to iodine or iodoform.
