Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with primary Parkinson's disease who undergo bilateral subthalamic nucleus deep brain stimulation surgery under general anesthesia with etomidate, propofol, or remimazolam at our hospital; 2)No history of previous brain surgery; 3)Not taking antiparkinsonian medications before surgery; 4)Not taking sedative-hypnotic drugs before surgery; 5)Not taking antipsychotic drugs before surgery; 6)No intracranial hemorrhage during surgery; 7)Age between 18 and 80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients who have undergone previous brain surgery; 2)Patients taking antiparkinsonian disease medications before surgery; 3)Patients taking sedative-hypnotic drugs before surgery; 4)Patients taking antipsychotic medications before surgery; 5)Patients with intracranial hemorrhage during surgery.
