Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with RCC-IVCTT who are treated at our center; 2. Patients older than 18 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have not undergone RN-IVCT surgery; Patients with preoperative primary/secondary glomerular diseases; Patients with a history of drug-induced renal injury; Patients with stones or large cysts in the contralateral kidney; Patients with bilateral renal tumors; Patients diagnosed with chronic kidney disease preoperatively (A. Proteinuria [24-hour urinary protein excretion > 150mg]; B. Stage 3 CKD based on eGFR [eGFR 30mg/g; meeting at least one of the above criteria for more than 3 months); Patients with a contralateral kidney GFR < 60 ml·min?¹·(1.73m²)?¹ as shown by renography; Patients with contrast agent allergy; Patients with preoperative distant metastasis or malignant tumors in other systems.
