16 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis of the wrist joint, accompanied by significant wrist pain and limited movement; 2.Severe ischemic necrosis of the wrist bone and advanced joint collapse; 3.Conservative treatment is ineffective; 4.The general condition is good and can tolerate surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with generally poor conditions and serious underlying diseases; 2.Patients with tuberculous or septic wrist joint infections; 3.Patients with poor compliance or who are unable to undergo postoperative functional rehabilitation training under the guidance of a doctor;
