Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Accept laparoscopic surgery in general surgery and gynecology, including laparoscopic gallbladder surgery, laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair, laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal, and laparoscopic total hysterectomy, among other non-gastrointestinal surgeries, with operation times all <=2.5 hours; (2) The anesthesia method is general anesthesia, with induction drugs including atropine, etomidate, sufentanil, and cisatracurium, and maintenance drugs including sevoflurane, remifentanil, propofol, and cisatracurium; (3) Age: 40 to 65 years old; (4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification II-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those allergic to components or ingredients that may be used in the study, such as atropine, etomidate, sufentanil, cisatracurium, sevoflurane, remifentanil, and propofol; (2) Those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases or surgeries; (3) Individuals without a smartphone or wearable device to read steps, unable to cooperate with the researchers; (4) Those with a history of mental illness and patients with cognitive dysfunction.
