Interventions

Control subjects:The control group was provided with routine health education, the main contents of which included: verbal pre-discharge education
and distribution of the department's own discharge health education booklet.
Intervention group:Patients in the intervention group received routine health education in addition to additional microlearning health education.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Fulfillment of diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation; 2.Initial percutaneous intervertebral foraminotomy for lumbar nucleus pulposus removal and successful completion; 3.Age >=18 years old, clear mind, no cognitive dysfunction or organic mental disorder; 4.Informed consent, following the principle of voluntariness, and signing an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combination of serious organic diseases or with serious complications of heart, brain, lungs and kidneys; 2.Combination of other low back diseases (e.g. congenital spinal stenosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar spinal tuberculosis, ankylosing spondylitis, articular synostosis, etc.).
