observation group:Without intervention measures, 401 patients with restrictive ventilation dysfunction and diffuse dysfunction in lung function are planned to be selected.

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The age of subject is >=18 years old and <=70 years old, without restriction on gender or race. 2.Pulmonary test meets the following criteria: negative bronchodilator test. 3.Chest CT shows: interstitial changes in the lower lobes of both lungs;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of pulmonary infection, bronchiectasis, or lung cancer. 2.Chest CT revealed space-occupying lesions, infectious lesions, and bronchiectasis. 3.A history of alcohol or narcotic drug abuse, or a history of mental illness, antagonism, poor motivation, paranoia, or other emotional or intellectual problems, may affect the informed validity of participation in the study. 4.Body temperature is over 37.5 °C. 5.Patients is participating in other drug clinical trials. 6.Patients with severe systemic disease affecting the outcome of the trial.
