Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the case group: (1) singleton pregnant women; (2) Age between 18 and 45 years old; (3) The patients included in the GDM group met the diagnostic criteria of the 9th edition of Obstetrics and Gynecology. They underwent an oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) at 24-28 weeks of pregnancy and were diagnosed with GDM. Inclusion criteria for the control group: (1) singleton pregnant women; (2) Age between 18 and 45 years old; (3) Oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) was negative at 24-28 weeks of pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Twin or multiple pregnancies; (2) Pre pregnancy diabetes and other endocrine diseases (including thyroid and adrenal diseases); (3) Immune system diseases; (4) Adopting assisted reproductive technology; (5) The patient has concurrent malignant tumors, primary chronic hypertension, cardiovascular disease, hematological disease, liver and kidney disease, severe organic disease, or mental illness; (6) Rubella virus, Toxoplasma gondii, hepatitis B virus infection and respiratory tract infection; (7) Taking glucocorticoids; (8) Patients with incomplete clinical data due to various reasons.
