18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Han Chinese; 2.Age between 18 and 60 years; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to III; 4.Had no history of chronic neurological or psychiatric disorders and medication abuse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergic to dexmedetomidine, esketamine or lidocaine; 2.current or previous drug or alcohol use disorder; 3.Long-term treatment with beta-blockers or HR = 5/hr; 6.body mass index >= 35 kg/m^2; 7.presence of serious heart problems, liver disease, kidney disease, infectious disease, endocrine problems; 8.women who were pregnant or in a breast feeding period; 9.Periodic limb movement (PLMS) during sleep >= 20/h; 10. Employed as a shift worker or have traveled across the clock in the past 3 months.
