Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with possible digestive system related diseases and are determined to undergo painless endoscopic treatment; 2. Over 18 years old; 3. ASA Class I-III; 4. No contraindications to anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 2. Patients with insufficiency of important organs (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys); 3. Patients in the acute phase of upper respiratory tract infection; 4. Patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding; 5. History of chronic pain and addiction to narcotic drugs; 6. Neuropsychiatric dysfunction; 7. Those who are allergic to propofol, soybeans, etc.
