Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who were diagnosed with osteoporosis according to the diagnosis standard of osteoporosis based on DXA bone mineral density recommended by WHO; 2. the main symptoms, bone mineral density imaging examination results, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up records were recorded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with infection, bone tumors, metastatic cancer, tumors of other tissues, fractures of limbs, and other orthopedic diseases requiring surgical treatment; 2. patients with severe brain injury and severe cognitive impairment; 3. patients or their family members do not consent to participate in the study; 4. Other conditions that are not suitable for participation in the study; 5. Inpatients.
